Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return and hand the return parcel to the carrier within 30 calendar days starting the day after delivery. Ordinary returns must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags intact. If our return instructions are delayed, we will reasonably extend the return window.

How to return

Contact info@sistersfashionco.com with your order number before returning anything. We will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items to the contact address without authorization. Online orders can be returned by mail only; in-store returns are not accepted.

For ordinary voluntary returns, you purchase tracked return postage and pay the return shipping cost. We do not reimburse ordinary return postage or charge a separate return label fee. There is no restocking or handling fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and photos of the problem. After review, we will arrange a refund or replacement and cover necessary return postage by prepaid label or reimbursement of reasonable costs agreed with us in advance. Ordinary voluntary return restrictions do not limit applicable rights for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds & exchanges

Within 5 business days of receiving your return, we will inspect it and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method for the returned item’s amount paid and applicable taxes. Your payment provider determines when the credit appears. For ordinary voluntary returns, any original shipping fee actually paid is not refundable; we do not deduct our original shipping costs from free-shipping orders.

For a different size or color, return your item for a refund and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges or final-sale exclusions at this time.

You may request cancellation until the item is fulfilled. Contact us promptly with your order number; we will confirm the status and refund any canceled, paid items to the original payment method. Once an item has shipped, the return process applies. Nothing in this policy limits rights or refunds required by applicable law.
