Shipping within the United States

We offer free standard UPS shipping with no minimum order to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO Boxes or international destinations.

Order processing & delivery

Orders ship from 3934 International Blvd, Oakland, CA 94601, United States. Order processing takes 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding warehouse holidays. Our daily cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles). Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

After dispatch, standard transit is estimated at 3–7 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding carrier holidays. The estimated total is 4–10 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; weather and carrier service disruptions may cause delays.

Tracking information is provided after dispatch. We will contact you about material delays and offer an updated delivery estimate or cancellation and refund where applicable.
